Absolutely! Flexibility is one of our core features:

• Current 2026 Modules: We recommend that you journey with us as we actively engage on Tuesday evening live teaching sessions, where students engage and ask valuable questions. In order to access the live teachings on Tuesday evenings, you would have had to complete the previous week’s quiz. You are welcome to access the notes and complete the quiz within the 6 days following each live Tuesday teaching lesson, just make sure to have it done before the following week’s live teaching session, as we do not want you to miss out!
• Previous Modules: Complete lessons on your own schedule within your access period
• Pause & Resume: Videos save your progress automatically - pick up exactly where you left off
• 24/7 Access: Study at 3 AM or 3 PM - your portal is always available
• Repeat Viewing: Watch videos as many times as you need
• 6-Month Access: You have 6 months from enrollment to complete each module

Our platform automatically saves your progress!

• When you return, the video resumes exactly where you stopped
• Your dashboard shows your completion percentage for each lesson

This ensures you never lose your place and can study in multiple short sessions if needed.

Assessment Structure:

• When: Quizzes unlock after completing each video lesson
• Format: Multiple choice, true/false, and short answer questions
• Passing Score: 50% or higher required to proceed
• Attempts: Maximum 3 attempts per quiz
• Timing: 1 hour time limit to complete the quiz
• Auto-Save: Your answers are saved automatically as you type
• Review: See correct answers after completing the quiz

If You Don't Pass:

• You can retake the quiz up to 3 times total
• After 3 failed attempts, there's a 24-hour cooldown period
• Review the video lesson again before retaking
• Contact support if you're struggling with specific content

Yes! Study materials are downloadable:

• Lesson Notes: PDF files available for download and printing
• Study Notes: Study notes taken and completed during the sessions are saved and can be downloaded as PDF file at any time
• Videos: Must be streamed online (not downloadable for copyright protection)
• Certificates: Digital PDF certificates available upon completion

Downloaded materials are yours to keep even after your access period expires!

Recorded Content:

• All previous live sessions are uploaded as lessons for flexible viewing
• Watch on your schedule, as many times as needed
• HD quality with clear audio and visual aids

Live Sessions:

• When: Every Tuesday evening
• What: Live teaching, Q&A, and community interaction
• Format: Via Zoom
• Recording: Live sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours if you can't attend
• Access: Details shared via WhatsApp groups or you can login to online profile and join the live session

Live sessions enhance your learning but are not required for course completion.

We issue two types of certificates:

1. Certificate of Attendance:

• Issued for: Soul Health and E.B.I. Short Courses
• Requirement: Registration and participation
• Recognizes: Your engagement with the course content

2. Certificate of Completion:

• Issued for: E.B.I. Bible School Modules (1-3)
• Requirement: Complete all lessons and pass all quizzes with 50% or higher
• Recognizes: Successful completion of structured biblical education
• Includes: Module name, completion date, and official E.B.I. seal

All certificates are professionally designed, digitally signed, and delivered as downloadable PDF files.

To receive your certificate:

• Complete all lessons and assessments in your enrolled module
• On completion you can download or email your certicate from the "My Achievements" page
• If you are having trouble send a certificate request to: info@empowerbibleinstitute.co.za and we will email your certificate within 3-5 business days

Your certificate will be sent as a high-resolution PDF suitable for printing or digital sharing.
